eTrigue Makes Marketing Automation Campaigns Jump

New flexibility expedites communication with hard-to-reach prospects and customers

SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- eTrigue® Corporation (www.eTrigue.com), the ease-of-use leader in cloud-based marketing automation, announced novel marketing automation capabilities designed to meet the challenges of marketing to tough-to-reach prospects and customers. eTrigue DemandCenter now includes highly flexible Jump action logic that enables marketers to build multi-directional campaigns by using the drag and drop campaign builder. Prospects may be sent to any step, and repeat steps within a campaign, based on actions a prospect has taken, not taken, or based on a value in any field in the prospect's record.

This new Jump action complements the existing GoTo campaign action and is used in prospect and customer campaigns to repeat steps or skip steps based on prospect actions. Campaign steps may be repeated without the need to build additional campaigns. For example, prospect participation in subscription renewal and birthday greeting campaigns maybe repeated year after year. This allows marketing automation administrators to build simple campaigns that allow sophisticated actions to be accomplished on a programmatic basis.

eTrigue DemandCenter now includes granular "minutes ago" campaign action trigger timing, joining timing that waits to send messages on specific working days and times so that messages are sent at optimal times. Automated campaign landing page availability and page redirection is also included as part of the release. This ensures that appropriate page content is available in a campaign by enabling landing pages to be retired and redirected automatically.
